Gas central heating economy 7 good electric in evenings and gas. Bath and shower,large storage cupboard ,storage cupboards in the bedroom,double glazing, medium size kitchen. Very quiet area surrounded by trees. Excellent bus service end of road on Brant road,it used to run on Larne road but the bus stop has been removed well the shelter as it's no longer in use on this road now. Lovely front garden ,porch,shed,light outside,double lock door with chain. All in good condition with new grey carpet and white walls. Neighbour is quiet and there is free parking. Lincoln is a lovely place with friendly people and safe. There are many good areas around me and villages. Coastal areas not to far and if you don't drive a bus goes from Lincoln to many .
