Hi! I have a large one bed ground floor flat to swap off Brant road on Larne road Lincoln LN5 9UP. It's on a good bus route and easily reached to Lincoln centre. The flat is in good clean condition with all repairs up to date and just painted. I have build in cupboards in the bedroom a large storage cupboard in the hall. Double glazed windows throughout also my own front door not shared and very nice quiet neighbour. I have my own front garden a porch also a cupboard outside that holds electric meter that can hold a bike. It's a housing association with assured tenancy that's life long.The housing association is called Amplius (Longhurst group)
I'm looking to swap to be closer to my sister who lives in Louth Lincolnshire and surrounding areas even in Lincoln central areas or close by or friends who live in London or Colchester Essex I would also consider other areas if I like the area you live in especially..
