Hi!
I have a lovely spacious one bedroom flat on the ground floor to swap. It's a Amplius (Longhurst)housing association that has a Assured life long tenancy agreement. I pay £380 a month,I have had all repairs done up to date . I have two cupboards in the bedroom for cloths and storage, a hall cupboard that holds loads,Bath and shower, large rooms, a storage cupboard outside, a porch doorway, double glazing windows and front door. There is electric or gas sockets for cooker in kitchen also room for large fridge freezer or fridge and washing machine also table and chairs for kitchen but small one, a cupboard also that holds your ironing boards etc. It's on a nice road and I'm on a corner with one neighbour above me. The floor is solid so you can't here footsteps above you here. My bedroom looks out to trees and green and it's very quiet area. I have a front garden that's private but no garden. Here you can have a table and chairs at the porch if you wanted as only one neighbour walks past. It's not far to the bus stop on Brant road to Lincoln or other way towards Waddington. There is a carpark or park your car near the flat on the top near me. I have a key to access the washing lines also bins in a outbuildings just along a path to the side of me. It's really good easy flat and I've just painted the flat in neutral colour and white . All ceilings are excellent. New grey carpet in the lounge and bedroom , new flooring in the hall. I'm looking to be closer to family in Louth Lincolnshire also open to other areas in England and Wales.
