Separate bathroom and toilet and cupboard spaces. No private rear garden but large front with road parking at end. Rear communal enclosed garden area rarely used. Looking for 2 bed house only with parking due to disability, no flats no maisonettes regardless of what floor they on. Looking north solihull and upwards towards sheffield.
