2 bedroom semi-detached house leicester exchange wanted

2bedroom semi detached house in leicester le4 2lp looking for a 3bedroom property due to family size this house is on a quiet street we have lived here for 11 years due to family getting bigger we require a bigger property I would also consider a bungalow if was a good size there are shopping centres 10 minutes walk away cafe tesco express barbers all at the end of the street kitchen is not massive we are in the middle of having a new kitchen put in so swap would not be straight away but am serious about swapping there are also a couple of things we have to do like white washing house back to basics we have 2 decent size room both with cupboards that could easily be made in to wardrobe to save some space good size front garden and big back garden I would be willing to fence both off for the right house as this would make a massive difference looks and privacy wise but would be a big cost for me to pay as garden is around 70feet long and has 2 concrete secure sheds in the back feel free for any more information but like I said we do have a couple of things to do inside the house so swap would be in couple months tops
