I’m looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom bungalow with a private garden and parking in any of the following areas:
🏡 New Malden / Surbiton / Littlehampton / Worthing / Arundel
In exchange, I can offer:
✨ A lovely 2-bedroom first floor flat (no one underneath) in SW15
✨ A large front room
✨ Two balconies with great outdoor space
✨ Separate bathroom and toilet
✨ Two lifts in the block
✨ Large green area outside (hardly used by anyone!)
✨ Great transport links into London
✨ Close to GP surgery, shops, and a primary school
