Maison Boye is a spacious and welcoming 200-year-old stone villa, perfect for relaxed family holidays in complete privacy.

Set in over an acre of grounds, the entire house, gardens, and swimming pool are exclusively yours, and with no neighbouring properties in sight children can play freely allowing parents to truly unwind.

Although wonderfully peaceful, Maison Boye is just a few minutes’ away from local shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, making day-to-day life as convenient as possible during your stay.

And while this area remains refreshingly unspoilt by tourism, there’s tons of things to do for all ages:-

White water canoeing, horse riding, cycling, tennis and golf are all nearby, alongside historic castles to explore, live music, world-class art and culture – but only if you can drag yourself away from the swimming pool, badminton, pétanque and other attractions at Boye!

Thick stone walls, exposed oak beams, quarry-tile floors and a traditional log fireplace sit comfortably alongside bright contemporary bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a full range of home entertainment.

The large 10m x 5m swimming pool includes Roman steps for easy access, a fun water slide, underwater lighting for relaxing evening swims, and a safety alarm for peace of mind. There’s plenty of space to relax on the sun terrace, and a shaded pergola patio with a built-in stone barbecue for your al fresco meals together.

Maison Boye is well equipped for comfortable family living, including superfast fibre Wi-Fi with poolside coverage, UK satellite TV and radio, PlayStation, AudioPro portable speaker, portable air conditioners, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and twin fridges.

The property is fully serviced, with cleaning before and after your stay, beds made up to your requirements, bathroom towels provided, and weekly pool maintenance - so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

With flexible sleeping arrangements, Maison Boye works perfectly well for differing party sizes and make-ups. Magnificently spacious for couples, ideal for families of four to six, whilst also capable of sleeping up to ten making it suitable for two families holidaying together or multi-generational stays.

Laundry is charged separately at £35 per person, which includes all bed linen, bathroom towels, and tea towels. This being fairer for small groups than including the cost of a full house of laundry in with the rent.

We usually operate a Saturday changeover, warmly welcoming families, couples, and well-behaved pets, but don’t accept bookings for events such as stag or hen parties.

Note: The short video was filmed a few years ago and shows cottage style double beds that have just been upgraded to Euro Kings - larger than UK king sized and with latest generation mattresses.

Note: Gumtree require a weekly price to be quoted even though this deal is for a fortnight. So for Gumtree purposes this is listed at £897 per week.
