The van has a 40" free view tv and tv in bedroom plus dvd player ( wifi can be   purchased for as long as your stay.) From site office 

There is a microwave, all cooking equipment. Pots,pans, plates. There is also a steamer,halogen oven and a full size fridge and freezer,washer and air fryer

Also a hair dryer,travel cot and bbq. And two toilets in van.🚽

There is a key fob to access the beach when gates are closed.  

we have had a new Pvc decking with bistro table and bench.

🎉Amusements 🍭shops,

🍷restaurants and 🍹clubs are all within 5-7 walk. 

🏝The beach is with a 2-4 min walk. 

🍻A pub with entertainment for the kids is opposite plus nightclub🍻 after and chippy.

There is a small shop with 🧺laundrett  on 

site.

Please note a £75 deposit is required to secure your booking and a £75( £100 with a dog ) bond will be added to your balance. It will be refundable  once caravan is checked. for any damage and all 🔑keys,fobs have been returned.

!!You would be lialable if damage is more than stated damage Bond!!

The balance of your holiday must be paid 4 weeks befour the start of your holiday. Unless u contact me if not your holiday will be cancled due to no payment !

💥Sorry there are no refunds for cancellations except if site has to close.💥
