Caravan comprises of D/G, C/H, electric fire, shower fully equipped with x1 king/ en-suite wc & basin, x1 twin/double, & pull-out double in lounge. LINEN CAN BE PROVIDED (if required . furnished decking to front and side. (NO SMOKING inside caravan). (Pet Friendly).
On site bar, laundrette & rights to fish lakes/ponds on day/week ticket basis, with tackle shop & café on adjoining site available to use.
Close to all shops and amenities few hundred meters from beach with gated access, 10 min walk to Fantasy island or bus stop near site entrance with regular busses to Fantasy island and Skegness.
Directly opposite WOODY's bar & restaurant offering soft play area for tots play park to rear & free entertainment nights...
To confirm your required dates there will be a minimum deposit of £50.00 per weeks holiday,
The remaining balance to be paid NO LATER than 1 week before going into the caravan.
If you Wish to cancel your holiday at any time, it will be loss of deposit due to time wasting. (There will be a £75.00 refundable bond dependant upon caravan inspection.. Van must be left clean & tidy with NO Damage). refunded 1day after your departure.
