This is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN UK IN ANY CONDITION AND ONLY EVER RELEASED IN THE USA
It hardly matters with something so rare but the condition of the book is heavily used and very coloured pages.
There are several books that are must read - for example last train to Memphis, Careless Love, What Happened etc......this is right up there as a must read (if you can find a copy!!!).
