Description
Vintage clock from about 1980-1989. Think cost about £1,400.00 pounds. Sligh 'Bergen' 0593-1-CC, Key Wound Triple Chime. Wedges of shaded hard maple inlaid in a fan design create a stunning effect in a richly detailed mantel clock of select solids and cherry veneers. Wraparound beaded moulding and an exquisite inlaid border of satinwood play counterpoint to the brass-rimmed hinged dial's lovely etched through brass centre ornament and raised numerals. A hinged rear door offers access to the key wound, triple chime Franz Hermle movement with bronzed bushings for durability; selector lever with "silent" option is on face dial." Centurian Cherry finish. About 19w x 12h x 6d (inches). A lovely well cared for piece in very good condition. Too heavy to post. Collect from EH30. . If you see the ad – it’s for sale.
