Description
Based in Darlington, United Automobile Services operated in the North Riding of Yorkshire, the North East and in part of what is now Cumbria.
The Lodekka, had a choice of Bristol or Gardner engines and was popular with passengers and crews with its Flat-Floor, Length, Forward Entrance (FLF) concept.
United is now part of the German owned Arriva group and yet another British operator's name is history.
It's in 1:76 scale and its unopened box has minor storage marks. See photos of a specimen.
