Two collectible collectable vintage gardening books. The two for £20.
1) MR CUTHBERT’S GUIDE TO GROWING FRUIT TREES: a 1950s paperback booklet. In good condition, see photos.
2) MIDDLETON’S ALL THE YEAR ROUND GARDENING GUIDE & ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF GARDENING: a detailed plan of work for every week of the year and a complete A to Z gardening encyclopaedia. Edited by C H Middleton, ‘Famous Broadcaster of the BBC’. The book was issued in support of the Ministry of Agriculture’s DIG For VICTORY campaign. Published by Shaw Publishing in the 1940s.
