JAGUAR SS 100 1937 - DIECAST 1/18TH - BBURAGO - MADE IN ITALY - RED/BLACK -SUPERB!
An excellent clean boxed example of a Jaguar SS 100 made in Italy by Bburago and part of their Diamonds Collection.
This two tone red example with black fenders is unusual particularly so given the inclusion of the removable soft top roof. A variation of this model is more often found boxed as a Bburago Metal Kit under part number 7006. It seems that Bburago also factory assembled a few back in the 80's.
As usual this great Bburago model features working steering and a hinged opening for the engine cover.
This one owner from new model has been inherited from a collector friend who diligently purchased his Bburago 1/18th models as they were released then left them boxed untouched.
Given the box type and early release part number this model likely dates to circa 1984.
Carefully inspected by me, an experienced diecast enthusiast, and offered for sale with condition as follows:
Model excellent,
Outer Box excellent,
Inner Box excellent.
Bburago part number 3006.
These made in Italy models by Bburago have a charm to them that is lost in the later Far East releases.
Likely one of the best examples of this model that you'll find.
