Modifications:
Volume markings etched inside as shown. Took me ages!
Bazooka filter
1/2in stainless fittings as shown. Includes 90 degree inlet for whirpooling.
Temp probe for PID controller - not included unless you're also taking the electric control panel I have listed separately. Can be replaced with a simple analogue temp gauge.
Thermostat disabled so that it doesn't cut out at 99C and maintains a rolling boil instead. It was simple to do, you just have to open the bottom and move a temp sensor away from the metal body of the pot. The wiring is untouched and as new.
Can include spray ball extra for CIP cleaning, as well as other stainless fittings as needed. See my other listings for those.
Discount possible if you don't need the fittings that are currently on the kettle in the photos.
