Description
I can only assume this is a commerative piece given to participants at the Telecom 87 convention held in Geneva.
Stamped on the bottom Fine Birmingham Enamels, Toye, Kenning & Spencer.
The owner at the time was very involved with the government & the development of telecommunications in the late 70 and 80's and assume this is where this piece orginates from.
