Our client is a renowned hospice located in the heart of Headingley, Leeds. They specialise in providing expert palliative care to individuals with life–limiting conditions, offering vital support to both patients and their families during challenging times.
As a Ward Manager (RGN) , you will:
Lead and support the in–patient unit, ensuring high standards of palliative care.Assess potential service users in consultation with the Head of Clinical Services.Plan effective duty rotas and provide out–of–hours clinical support.Liaise with health and social care professionals to coordinate care delivery.Apply legal policies for identifying and supporting vulnerable adults.

The ideal Ward Manager (RGN) will:
Be a Registered Nurse with specialist palliative care experience.Hold or be working towards a post–registration qualification in Palliative Care.Have proven experience in leading and managing clinical teams.Demonstrate excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.Possess knowledge of healthcare legislation and best clinical practices.
