Located in the heart of Lochgelly, Mossview Care Home offers high-quality Residential and Dementia care in a warm, welcoming environment for up to 42 residents.

What We Offer

GBP12.70 per hourFull-time and part-time roles availableDay shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Night shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMPaid PVG, pension, uniform and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)Full induction, extended shadowing, and ongoing trainingSVQ support and genuine career progression opportunitiesWhat You Will DoAs a Trainee Care Assistant, you will support residents with everyday tasks such as personal care, meals, mobility and companionship. Working closely with our experienced team, you will follow care plans, learn how to provide safe and respectful care, and build meaningful connections with those you support.

This is a hands-on role where kindness, patience and a good sense of humour go a long way.
