Description
We are now recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer in Manchester.
This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6-8 weeks, on a full-time basis, working 40 hours a week.
We are offering hourly rates between £15 and £17 an hour.
Your new role
Act as the first point of contact for tenants throughout the project
Provide clear updates on work schedules, access requirements, and progress
Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Liaise with site managers and contractors to coordinate resident needs
Maintain accurate records of communications and appointmentsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a TLO, CLO, Resident Liaison, or similar role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Full UK Driving LicenceWhat you'll get in return
