What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring a team of support staff to deliver safe, person–focused careEnsuring safeguarding practices are upheld and concerns are reported appropriatelyManaging staff rotas, performance, and development plansOverseeing support plans, risk assessments, and health & safety complianceActing as the main point of contact for professionals, families, and local authoritiesSupporting individuals with access to work, education, or volunteering opportunitiesCarrying out service audits and team meetings to ensure quality standards are met

What You'll Need:

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needsLevel 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)A background in staff supervision or team managementGreat communication, organisational and leadership skillsIT proficiency and confidence managing systems and recordsFlexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and take part in on–call dutiesWillingness to travel between local services and attend training
