Team Manager (Children's) - Barnstaple Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 Up to GBP48/hr (Umbrella) North & Mid Devon (Barnstaple base) ? GBP150/wk accommodation/travel allowance (50+ miles)
? We're on the lookout for a passionate & experienced Team Manager to support our Children in Care services across North & Mid Devon!
This role adds vital capacity to our amazing team, helping create better outcomes for children & young people
What You'll Be Doing: Support & oversee two existing teams Chair meetings & give day-to-day guidance Assist with court work & key decisions Help with urgent matters when needed ? Focus on team supervision & development
? What We're Looking For: Experienced TM in Children in Care Strong people & leadership skills Calm under pressure & team-focused ? On-site at least 2x per week Committed to restorative practice
