Prospero Teaching are currently working with a Primary School, based in Longsight, who are recruiting for an exciting Behaviour Support & Intervention Lead role and are keen to speak to anyone with a suitable background.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Behaviour Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students and staff across the school by:

Working directly with students to manage and reduce high–level behavioursCoaching and mentoring staff in relational practices and effective behaviour management strategiesIntervening in complex situations to create a safe and productive learning environmentThis can involve working 1:1 with children who often become disragulated. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location – Longsight, ManchesterPosition – Behaviour Support & Intervention LeadType of work – Behaviour & InterventionStart date – September 2025Full time/part time – Full time, Monday – FridayMinimum rate of pay – 103.95 per day– depending on exprience Hours – 08:30–15:30EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant experience in behaviour management and interventionA strong background in coaching staff and implementing relational practicesBILD–accredited training (preferably as a trainer or with sufficient experience to become one)Excellent interpersonal and problem–solving skillsTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
