Support Worker Crosby, Cumbria (CA15)

Pay: GBP14.25 to GBP16.35 per hour

We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in the Crosby area. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.

What you ll do:

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person–centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

Eligibility to work in the UK A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) not required in England Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personal qualities aligned with our values: Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Teamwork Your benefits:
