We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist care service supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a highly active role, ideal for someone energetic, reliable, and genuinely passionate about supporting others. Support Worker Vacancy - Full-Time Hildenborough Area Location: Rural area near Tonbridge Salary: GBP24,829 per annum + GBP1,200 complexity payment (pro rata) Hours: Full-time - 39 hours per week? Shifts: Between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday (includes mid-day shifts) Driving Licence:Essential - must be willing to drive both manual & automatic service vehicles? Sponsorship is NOT available for this role About the Role: Support individuals with day-to-day activities and community engagementJoin in on swimming, long walks, and bike ridesHelp with personal care, medication, and meal prepPromote independence and positive wellbeing in a supportive environmentShifts run from 7am to 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday, including mid-day shifts. Flexible patterns available - your availability will be discussed during the recruitment process. ?
