Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and experienced Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist mental health setting? Join our client's dedicated multidisciplinary team at a private hospital in the picturesque village of Midhurst, West Sussex.

Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support adults receiving care and treatment for eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and atypical eating disorders. You'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their recovery journey, working closely with families, external agencies, and our client's internal clinical team.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will be,

Providing psychosocial assessments and care planningSupporting patients with discharge planning and community reintegrationLiaising with families, carers, and external servicesAdvocating for patients' rights and wellbeingContributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment reviews About the Hospital:
