Description

? Senior Support Worker - Make a Real Difference Every Day! ?

Are you passionate about empowering others, leading by example, and creating positive change? Randstad have partnered with a care company based in Midlothian looking for their next new team member! We're looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team and play a vital role in helping people live their fullest, most independent lives.

? What you'll do:

Lead and inspire colleagues while delivering personalised, high-quality support.

Support individuals with their personal goals, whether it's building independence, managing their home, accessing education, or exploring new opportunities.

Promote choice, wellbeing, inclusion, and respect in everything you do.

Take on keyworker responsibilities, ensuring that each person you support has a plan tailored to their aspirations.

Step up as shift leader when needed, guiding the team with confidence and care.

What we're looking for:

Experience in adult social care and a genuine commitment to putting people first.

Knowledge of social care best practices, with the ability to role model excellence.

Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.

Relevant qualifications (minimum SCQF Level 6) and a willingness to continue your professional development.

A values-driven approach: respect, compassion, and a belief in helping others thrive.

? Why join us?

Be part of a supportive and inclusive team that values your growth as much as the people we support.

Access ongoing training, supervision, and development opportunities.

Work in a role where no two days are the same - and every day you know you've made an impact.

Help shape the way services are delivered, encouraging independence and opportunities for those you support.

This isn't just a job - it's a chance to build meaningful connections, grow in your career, and make a lasting difference in people's lives.

Ready to take the next step in your social care journey? Apply today and bring your skills, passion, and heart to a role where you can truly shine!
