We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / RSW to work nights throughout the week,

Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children s wishes are heard and respected.

The successful Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:

Level 3 or above in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or the willingness to work towards thisExperience supporting young people with challenging behaviours or trauma Can–do attitudeFlexibility with shifts In return for the above you can expect to receive:
