Role Overview

As an Agency Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high–quality care across a variety of clinical settings. You will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule while gaining exposure to diverse healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and patient–centred care in line with current clinical guidelines Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, and safeguarding policies Respond appropriately to emergency situations using clinical judgement and training Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and organisational standards Maintain professionalism and uphold the reputation of Trident Healthcare Solutions at all times Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant professional qualification – RGN Previous UK clinical experience within a similar healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments Compliance Requirements

All candidates must have the following in place prior to shift allocation:

Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (in–date) – can assist in getting this if needed. Mandatory training compliance, including Influenza (Flu) vaccination What We Offer
