Registered Manager Stoke–on–Trent Therapeutic 4–Bed Home

Location & Context:

Stoke–on–Trent 4–bed EBD Home Therapeutic focus

Introduction:

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a small, therapeutic children's home for a provider with over 20 years of experience supporting young people across the UK.

About the Role:

You ll take full operational responsibility for a warm and well–established four–bed home, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the team to deliver consistent, high–quality care

• Ensuring compliance with Children s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards

• Overseeing referrals and matching

• Supporting staff development, training, and performance

• Building strong, therapeutic relationships with children, families, and professionals

About You:

We re looking for someone who can lead with compassion, clarity, and confidence.

You ll need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a children s residential care setting

• Level 3 Diploma (Residential Childcare) essential

• Level 5 Diploma or willingness to complete essential

• In–depth understanding of Ofsted requirements

• Manual driving licence
