Description
Salary: GBP50,000 (Competitive higher offers may be considered for exceptional candidates)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
On–Call: Approx. 6 weekends per year (shared rota with senior team)
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays
Location: Knowsley, Merseyside

About You We re seeking someone who:
Has experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager within a learning disability children s home Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People s Services) or equivalent Has a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding frameworks Is a confident, compassionate leader with a genuine passion for improving children s lives Brings broad experience in supporting children with LD and ASD, and is ready to contribute to service development
