Salary: c 24K per Annum + Car Allowance

Hours: Part Time – 22.5 Hours per Week – 3 Days / Week

PSR Solutions are delighted to be supporting the UK's largest employee–owned healthcare provider in their search for a passionate Regional Trainer to join their team in West Sussex.

In this role, you'll deliver a wide range of engaging and mandatory training sessions – both clinical and non–clinical – supporting colleagues across the organisation. You'll play a key part in promoting a positive learning culture, ensuring staff are equipped to deliver the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high–quality training across multiple sitesSupporting the development of regional and organisational training plansMaintaining accurate training records and reporting outcomesCollaborating with managers and the Learning & Development team to drive continuous improvementActing as a role model, inspiring excellence across the workforceBeing a proactive communicator with key stakeholders to ensure objectives are metSupporting the organisation and delivery of start–up training for new business projectsRequirements:

A recognised healthcare qualification (NVQ/QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent)Additional training/teaching qualificationManagement experience within health & social care settingStrong training delivery experience and IT skillsA full driving licence with flexibility to travelBenefits
