Bright Selection is excited to support a long term client looking to strengthen their management team with a newly created Regional Compliance and Quality Manager role covering a small portfolio of homes in Norfolk and North Suffolk.

The group are an established and well regarded care provider with good and outstanding rated homes. They are entering a period of growth and this is a great time to be joining them in a senior role.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out quality audits and compliance visits to group homesSupporting home managers in implementing projects and action plansAttending senior leadership meetingsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships across the business at all levels and with external agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:

Multi–site leadership experience gained in a quality or operational support role within an elderly care groupStrong analytical and reporting skillsAdvanced level of knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations

Remuneration:
