Property Manager

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, plus 1 Saturday per month, 9:30am - 12:30pm

We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and reputable estate agency based in the heart of Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and organisational skills who’s looking to develop their career within the property sector.

The Role:

As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of properties, ensuring both tenants and landlords receive an exceptional level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own diary and scheduling property inspections and checkouts

*

Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring any maintenance issues are addressed promptly

*

Handling calls and enquiries from tenants and landlords

*

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors

*

Ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained

*

Supporting with deposit negotiations and tenancy changeovers

*

Liaising with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

About You:

*

Strong customer service or administrative experience

*

Is confident communicating with people over the phone and in person

*

Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks effectively

*

Professional, organised and detail focused

*

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving

*

Holds a full UK driving licence
