Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Planned Works Surveyors based in South Devon.

Day to Day:

Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting

Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.

Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Have experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting

Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying

Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
