Salary: 60,000 to 63,–40 hours per week Independent practice with OCT

We are recruiting an Optometrist for a modern independent opticians in Borough Market, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Optometrist who wants to work in a practice that values clinical excellence, patient experience, and professional development.

Optometrist Job – The Role

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with 40–minute testing timesProvide a professional, friendly and engaging patient experienceUse OCT and advanced diagnostic equipment to support clinical decisionsClearly explain results and recommendations to patientsWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth clinic operationsSupport dispensing activity and contribute to ongoing learningShare ideas and best practice to help maintain high standards in independent opticsOptometrist Job – Requirements

GOC registered OptometristMinimum 5 years post–qualification experience (independent practice experience an advantage)Excellent communication skills and a patient–focused approachConfident, organised, and able to work effectively in a busy environmentInterest in design, innovation, and sustainability within opticsEnthusiastic about continuing professional developmentOptometrist Job – Package
