Whether you're nurse–qualified or non–clinical, we welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in nursing home management and a proven ability to improve standards, lead teams, and deliver person–centred care. You'll be supported by an established clinical team, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality, and operational excellence.

What we're looking for:

Experienced Registered Manager with a track record in elderly care

Nurse or non–nurse, with strong understanding of CQC standards

Proven experience in turnaround or service improvement (desirable)

Inspirational leadership skills and the ability to develop a positive culture

Passion for delivering high–quality, dignified care
