Salary: GBP47,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our well–established and highly regarded nursing home located on the outskirts of Worthing, West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the elderly nursing home sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high–quality care for residents.

– Lead and manage staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.

– Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.

– Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

– Manage budgets and resources efficiently.

– Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

Requirements:

– Current Nursing Home Manager or experienced Clinical Deputy Manager seeking career progression.

– Valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN).

– Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations.

– Passion for providing the highest levels of care to elderly residents.
