We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Temporary Nursery Manager to join our team for a short–term contract of 2 months. This is a fantastic chance to build your confidence in a leadership role, while continuing to make a real difference in children's lives every day.

This opportunity could be perfect for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who would like to gain exposure in a managerial role and develop valuable skills in early years leadership. You'll be supported by a friendly team who will help you settle in and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Supporting and guiding a small team of practitioners day–to–day. Building strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues. Helping with the smooth running of the nursery, including rotas and daily routines. Making sure the nursery continues to meet high standards of care and safeguarding. What We're Looking For

Someone with experience in early years (Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent). A positive, can–do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children. Good communication and organisational skills. A team player who is ready to grow into a leadership position. What We Offer
