Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to support one of our GP surgery that we work with. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in delivering high–quality patient care and a desire to make a real impact in the community.
What We re Looking For:
Proficiency in all core Practice Nurse services, including health checks, cervical screening (smears), dressings, wound management, immunisations, and travel vaccinations. A strong track record in achieving high QOF standards, with familiarity using the Ardens Template preferred. At leas one Long–Term Conditions such as Asthma/ COPD/ Diabetes, OR Hypertension. Rates can be flexible depending on experience
Role Details:
Available – Monday – Friday (Looking for Any days ) Start date: ASAP (earlier start may be possible). This is an locum Oppertunity System used is Emis Parking availabile payrate – GBP35 P/H Limited company
