Lead Nurse

This is a superb opportunity for a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse to take on a Lead Nurse role as part of a very well respected and close–knit GP Surgery. The practice is ideally looking for 30 hours per week over 4 days (Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri) but there is flexibility for the right person.

Experienced as a Practice Nurse in a GP practice setting is essential, however, the lead/management responsibility is fairly low, so would be great for someone looking to take a step up. You will lead a small team made up of another Practice Nurse, HCA and Phlebotomist. There will be an expectation to cover Treatment Room duties and the practice is happy to help to train and develop in areas of Chronic Disease Management.

Salary GBP38,000 – GBP42,900 per annum DOE FTE (GBP19.50–GBP22 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 4 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity
