Description
A dynamic opportunity for a Laboratory Technician (Electrode Manufacture) to contribute to the development of advanced battery materials in a fast–paced and innovative environment. The role involves hands–on experimental work, data analysis, and close collaboration with engineering teams to support project milestones and technical goals.
The Laboratory Technician (Electrode Manufacture) will:
Develop and support the advancement of lithium–sulfur battery materials. Design and execute experimental procedures and routine testing. Manufacture and characterise electrode slurries and coatings. Operate and maintain laboratory and scale–up equipment. Present experimental results to management and project teams. Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure safe lab practices.
The Laboratory Technician (Electrode Manufacture) will have:
Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in a scientific laboratory setting. Strong communication and organisational skills. Comfortable working in a fast–paced, dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn and develop a broad range of technical skills. Familiarity with coating manufacture, mixing, and formulation design (desirable).
