Global Veterinary Careers are proud to be working in close partnership with a highly respected, independent feline-only practice in central London as they look to appoint a visionary, full-time Clinical Director. You'll be a confident and experienced clinician who:

Clinical Requirements:

They're looking for someone with:

A strong clinical foundation in small animal medicine (ideally feline-focused) A Postgraduate qualification in feline or small animal medicine - or working towards one Confidence managing complex cases with a methodical, collaborative approach Ideally some of the following (not essential): Feline dentistry including radiography & extractions Abdominal ultrasound Endoscopy (or keen to develop) Cardiology/echo experience

Leadership Experience:

They're seeking someone who can:

Lead clinical meetings, 1:1s and team development Run meaningful performance reviews Collaborate on practice strategy and implement change Confidently manage budgets and key financials Maintain team cohesion, motivation and morale
