Housing Officer (Part-Time, Temporary)

Location: Bradford

Contract: Temporary - until March 2026

Hours: 22.5 per week (3 days)

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer (or ASB Officer) to join our team on a part-time, temporary contract. This role will support tenancy management, with a strong focus on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and safeguarding.

The Role

Manage a patch of 11 buildings (58 units) in Bradford.

Conduct regular site visits (approx. once per week to one building).

Handle tenancy management issues including ASB cases and safeguarding referrals.

Work independently - you'll have full control of your diary, with no micromanagement.

Liaise with tenants, partners, and agencies to provide effective housing management.

About You

Previous experience as a Housing Officer or ASB Officer.

Strong knowledge of ASB, safeguarding, and tenancy management.

Confident working independently and managing your own diary.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Contract Details

Part-time: 22.5 hours per week (3 days only).

Temporary contract until March 2026.
