Your Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents' well–being, dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, respectfully. Supporting residents with daily activities, encouraging engagement and participation. Building trusting relationships to create a safe, comforting environment. Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well–being, and reporting any changes to senior staff. Promoting independence and choice while respecting each resident s unique needs. Assisting with medication administration if required. What We re Looking For:

Compassion, patience and a caring nature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
