We are advertising for a Healthcare Assistant for a surgery based in Buckinghamshire, near Chalfont St Giles.

The role is part time, 2- 3 days per week. The hours would be worked between 8am-6:30pm and they will offer flexibility on start and finish times. The salary is dependent on experience but would be approx. GBP13-GBP15 per hour, depending on experience and skill set this could be negotiated. Alongside a competitive salary they would offer NHS pension, 5 weeks of annual leave with bank holidays off.

You'll be working alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals which includes 9 GPs and 5 Nurses, who will be on site at all times to support you.

Clinically you'll need to be confident with taking bloods, ECGs, NHS health checks, wound care & dressings, basic chronic disease checks and reviews, flu vaccines and other adult injections.

You must have at least one year of General Practice experience to be considered. Applications of those without this experience will not be considered.

The surgery is a fast-paced environment with around 12,000 patients across it's two sites (you would be situated at one site). The surgery boasts excellent transport links with a bus stops right outside the site and free parking on site for staff! They have plenty of local amenities. The GP surgery has a good reputation in the area, as well as a good CQC, they use System One and boast purpose-built sites which have been well maintained.
