Salary: 44,000 – 53,000

NonStop's client, based in the Yorkshire region, is looking for an experienced Team Manager, or a Senior Practitioner looking for a step up, to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an established agency's improvement plans. You will work directly with the Registered Manager to ensure best practices throughout the team.

Manage a team of 5 Social Workers and 3 Support WorkersWork directly with the Registered Fostering Manager to improve the service and improve Ofsted ratingTravel weekly to Leeds and then throughout Yorkshire and the North East when neededRequirements:

Registration with Social work England (SWE)Driving LicenseKnowledge of relevant legislationExperienced Team Manager or Senior Practitioner within fostering
