Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budgetSpending time with each patient to understand personal requirementsDealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer serviceWorking closely with the director to actively drive the business forwardMarketing, training and mentoring staffWorking towards targetsAble to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit teamAn enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practiceMixture of sales skills and clinical professionalismCandidate must be ambitious and self-motivated To apply for this role, you will need previous optical experience as a dispensing optician and a GOC registration.
