Salary: GBP50,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full–Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday 9 – 5

About the Role of Clinical Lead:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team at our 120–bed nursing home. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and governance across the home.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary team to oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and drive continuous improvement in resident care. You'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe, caring, and responsive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities for the clinical lead:

Lead and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding careEnsure compliance with CQC standards and clinical best practicesConduct audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviewsProvide clinical guidance and training to staffLiaise with families, GPs, and external professionalsChampion safeguarding, dignity, and person–centred care Requirements for the clinical lead:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC pinProven leadership experience in a care home or similar settingStrong knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory standardsExcellent communication and team management skillsPassion for elderly care and enhancing quality of life What We Offer for the clincial lead:
