Our client, a boutique provider of UK care homes, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team at a care home in Exeter. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop clinical care teams and comes with a salary ranging from 50,000 – 55,000 with excellent benefits!

The Clinical Deputy Manager will:
Oversee all aspects of clinical care, ensuring high standards of care and safety.Lead clinical quality control systems and coach staff to meet quality standards.Support the Manager in managing financial, human, and material resources efficiently.Inspire and motivate the clinical staff team and support a positive culture.

The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will have:
A qualification as a nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin.A thorough understanding of the five guiding principles of first–class care.Experience at a supervisory level, ideally within a nursing home setting.If you're experienced in roles such as Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse, this Clinical Deputy Manager position could be perfect for you.
