Care Team Leader - Leamington Spa

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)Shifts: Early, late, and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis

Your Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional, person-centred careEnsure individuals supported by Lifeways live fulfilling, independent livesOversee recruitment, staff development, and supervisionConduct candidate interviews and provide coaching and guidanceCommunicate effectively with staff, people we support, and external professionalsMaintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills Whether you're an experienced Team Leader or a dedicated Carer ready to take the next step, we'll support your journey every step of the way.

About You

We welcome applicants who:

Have experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Or are experienced Care Assistants/Carers with a strong track record and ambition to progressPossess excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and digitalAre confident in leading teams and supporting others to growAre passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care Why Join Lifeways?
